Voices of strength and support: be your own superhero

Domestic violence affects millions of lives around the world, particularly women and children. Behind every statistic is a person with a story, and many of those stories are ones of extraordinary courage, healing, and renewal.

Join us for an evening of connection and hope. Women who have experienced domestic violence will share their personal journeys of resilience, and representatives from local support organizations will talk about the resources, services, and communities available to those who need them.

This is a safe, respectful space. Everyone is welcome to listen, reflect, and take part at their own pace. There is no pressure to share or to explain why you came. Whether you are a survivor, a supporter, a professional in the field, or simply someone who cares, you belong here.

You can be part of the solution. Healing and change happen when communities come together. During the event you will learn how to:

• Support a friend, family member, or colleague who may be affected
• Connect with organizations that offer shelter, counseling, and advocacy
• Volunteer, donate, or help raise awareness in your community

Since it is not an easy topic, we will start the evening with some breathwork exercises to calm the mind and center ourselves in the present moment.

This event will raise funds for Spring ACT, an organization doing a remarkable job in supporting those affected by domestic violence. Its Chatbot Sophia, which is available 24/7, has already answered 51,000 times across 182 countries, in 96 languages.
