The Space Within - Yoga Nidra & Sound bath

with Elena Mironov & Renata Mokrova

A journey into deep rest, inner listening and resonance.

Our senses are constantly responding to the world around us, taking in far more than we consciously process. Attention is pulled outward, while thoughts, emotions and impressions continue to accumulate within.

When we slow down and reduce the external noise, we create space for our awareness to turn inward. Our perception becomes more subtle. We begin to notice what we feel, what we need and what feels true for us. Beneath the layers of thought and stimulation, our intuition and quieter inner knowing can begin to emerge.

THE SPACE WITHIN is a two-hour journey into deep rest, inner awareness and resonance, cultivating a sense of spaciousness and truth from within.

Beginning with conscious breath, we gently shift attention from the outside world toward the body, mind and inner landscape. Elena then guides you through Yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious rest that invites the body to soften, the mind to settle and the nervous system to move toward deeper regulation and restoration.

From this space of stillness, the journey continues with Renata. The vibrations of gong, crystal singing bowls and voice create a gentle vibrational massage, inviting a state of deep listening and resonance, where you can simply receive and be.

We close with conscious breath and a soft vocal exploration, allowing your own sound and resonance to emerge from within.

A journey to rest, reconnect and return feeling renewed, restored and more at peace within yourself.

Sometimes we don’t need another input from the outside. We need enough space to hear what is already within.
