Scorpio New Moon Ritual: Zürich Moon Circle Turns One!!!

WE TURN ONE THIS FRIDAY!!! 🥹🎂

And we’re celebrating with a Scorpio New Moon circle all about desire, pleasure and giving ourselves permission to WANT.

Scorpio has zero interest in the polite, sensible version of what you want. It’s after the real stuff, the things you keep coming back to and the things you’d be a bit embarrassed to admit even to yourself.

We’re meeting three days before the New Moon (exact Monday 9 November at 08:02 CET), with Mars getting cosy with Jupiter in Leo, so there’s some extra appetite in the air. Wanting can be terrifying too, but we’re not here to talk ourselves out of it before we’ve had a chance to enjoy it.

WHAT IS ZÜRICH MOON CIRCLE?

A gathering for women and femmes who want real connection - with themselves, with others, and with the living rhythms that shape our bodies and the world around us.

This is for the spiritually curious, the spiritually fatigued, or for anybody tired of chasing the next promise of transformation. If you want something grounded, cyclical and honest, this space is for you.

No two circles are the same. Each gathering is guided by the energy in the room, what’s true for us in the present moment, and the astrology of the lunation. There’s no pressure to perform, nothing to make palatable, no need to be anything but yourself.

We gather around the New and Full Moons at ATMAN Studio, working with the lunar cycle. Circle dates don’t always fall on the exact lunation:

• New Moon: beginnings, intentions and planting seeds
• Full Moon: clarity, harvest and letting go

We use astrology as a lens, not a rulebook. It’s a practical tool for tuning into lunar and zodiac cycles, as well as the cycles of nature and the seasons.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CIRCLE?

• Arrival and a little birthday toast
• Practical astrology in plain English (on Friday the Moon is still waning in Libra, Mars is closing in on Jupiter, and we’ll tell you why that matters)
• A Moon invocation
• Movement and sound, from slow and heavy to playful
• A guided meditation exploring desire and what it feels like to let ourselves want
• Making your own WAND (!!), with a little personal magic built in
• A collective wish for the world, built out loud together
• Pass the parcel (YES, like at a kids’ birthday party 😂), with little treats and surprises
• Our usual closing dance party, because OF COURSE!!!!

Some circles are quiet. Some are cathartic. Some are unexpectedly funny. This one has a lot of wanting in it, and because we’re turning one, a few extra birthday treats too.

All facilitation and materials are included. Everything is optional: join in, sit out, pass on sharing. We work on floor mats (no chairs), and there’s always a seated or still option.

WHAT TO BRING

• Yourself (as you are)
• Comfortable clothes you can move and sit on the floor in
• A water bottle

No experience needed. You don’t need to know astrology. You don’t need to have “done the work.” You just need to show up.
