Cardio Tennis blends tennis, music and wellness into one evening. High-intensity tennis drills and workout stations, a live DJ on court, a guided stretch with Marina from Powerflex, and an apéro together afterwards.

18:00–20:00 Cardio Tennis workout with live DJ Kevin Goodwin

20:00–20:45 Stretching session with Marina, Powerflex

21:00 Apéro

WHO IT'S FOR

All levels. No tennis experience needed, and you can come alone. Limited availability.

WHAT TO BRING

Sports clothes and indoor tennis shoes. Racquets can be rented at Tenniszentrum Horgen for CHF 10.

YOUR SONG

Write your favorite workout song when you register, and the DJ might work it into the set.
