Of the 3 hours, about 15 minutes go to the welcome and introduction and about 15 minutes to the wrap-up, which leaves roughly 2.5 hours for playing. With rounds of about 15 minutes and 1-2 minutes for each changeover, that makes around 9 rounds. Each player gets about 6 rounds on court, so roughly 1.5 hours of actual playing time.
