Yoga x Pilates: Christmas edition

Join us for a festive fusion class!

We are Lisa (Yoga instructor) and Luisa (Pilates instructor) and will guide you through this 75min fusion class.

Lisa will guide you through a special Yoga warm up sequence, followed by Luisa's Pop Pilates workout. We will finish class with a Yoga cool down. After class we will chat and enjoy a hot beverage and some christmas cookies together. There's no better way to get into the christmas spirit than this!
