OSOMO’S live "Horizontal Concerts" create a one-of-a-kind space to lie down and reconnect with yourself. Different from an entertaining concert or a breath workshop, the Horizontal Concert is an embodied music introspection to witness the personal process of reconnecting with yourself, listening deeply into yourself, to invite peaceful rest and to empower your self-compassion through listening.

OSOMO’s Horizontal Concert unfolds as a dynamic journey of electronic sound waves interwoven with analog frequencies, creating spaces for pause, retreat, and contemplation away from the outside world and its frantic pace. OSOMO’S  music carries you away, a soundscape in which listeners can let themselves go with their own thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, move around, and rest.

You, the participant, are invited to intuitively follow your own personal path into the space of this “transportive music” and guide your own inner journey to whatever place you wish to go within yourself in that very moment, welcoming what is present here and now.

A journey that leads to different places for each participating person.

ABOUT OSOMO

Simon Baumann aka OSOMO is an internationally seasoned musician, producer, and collaborator with artists like Stephan Eicher, Marvin Gaye, Robert Owens, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Sirens of Lesbos, and Mario Batkovic, bringing years of creative exploration to this solo project. With performances across Europe and work featured in TV and film, OSOMO is both an invitation to pause and a boundary-pushing musical experience. Simon Baumann is trained in Authentic Relating Training and Vipassana Meditation.

The event will take place in the gym hall of the EFP school in Saint-Gervais — a spacious, chalet-style venue located right next to (not inside) the school. 

HOW TO FIND THE LOCATION: 

Through the parking lot located at the corner of Boulevard James-Fazy and Rue de la Servette, opposite the Cornavin bus stop. If you enter from Rue de Bautte, you need to cross the basketball court (to the left of the school); the building is right at the end. Les OSOMO Horizontal Concert créent un espace unique pour s’allonger et se reconnecter à soi-même.
À la différence d’un concert de divertissement ou d’un atelier de respiration, le Concert Horizontal est une introspection musicale incarnée : une invitation à observer son propre processus de reconnexion, à écouter profondément à l’intérieur de soi, à accueillir un repos paisible et à nourrir la compassion envers soi à travers l’écoute.

Le Concert Horizontal d’OSOMO se déploie comme un voyage dynamique de vagues sonores électroniques tissées de fréquences analogiques, créant des espaces de pause, de retrait et de contemplation, à l’écart du monde extérieur et de son rythme effréné.
La musique d’OSOMO vous emporte dans un paysage sonore au sein duquel les auditeurs peuvent se laisser aller à leurs propres pensées, émotions et sensations corporelles — bouger, s’immobiliser, se reposer.

Vous, en tant que participant·e, êtes invité·e à suivre intuitivement votre propre chemin personnel dans l’espace de cette « musique transportante » et à guider votre voyage intérieur vers le lieu qui se présente à vous à cet instant précis, en accueillant pleinement ce qui est là, ici et maintenant.

Un voyage qui mène chaque personne participante vers des territoires intérieurs différents.

A PROPOS D'OSOMO

Simon Baumann, alias OSOMO, est un musicien, producteur et collaborateur internationalement reconnu, ayant travaillé avec des artistes tels que Stephan Eicher, Marvin Gaye, Robert Owens, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Sirens of Lesbos et Mario Batkovic. Il apporte à ce projet solo de nombreuses années d’exploration créative.
Avec des performances à travers l’Europe et des œuvres présentées à la télévision et au cinéma, OSOMO est à la fois une invitation à ralentir et une expérience musicale qui repousse les frontières. Simon Baumann est formé à l’Authentic Relating Training ainsi qu’à la méditation Vipassana.

L’événement aura lieu dans la salle de gym de l’EFP (école de formation professionnelle) de Saint-Gervais, un grand espace de type chalet situé à côté de l'école --> et non dans l'école. 

COMMENT TROUVER LA SALLE: 

Par le parking qui se trouve à l'angle du Boulevard James Fazy et de la rue de la Servette, face à l'arrêt de bus Cornavin. Si tu entres par la rue de Bautte, tu dois traverser le terrain de basket (à gauche de l'école) et le bâtiment est juste à la fin.
