Unsere POWERPLAY NIGHTS sind Konzerte im kleinen und intimen Rahmen, die live to tape aufgenommen und auf Vinyl gepresst werden. Verbringe Deinen Konzertabend im Aufnahmeraum hautnah bei den Künstler:innen oder schaue in der Regie den Tontechniker:innen beim Abmischen über die Schulter.

ASH SOAN & ARIEL POSEN 

Ariel Posen is back at the legendary Powerplay Studios! After a sold-out Powerplay Nights in 2024, he is back for antother Live to Tape Concert with the amazing drummer Ash Soan!  The first and only ever live in-studio performance! In the first set, Ash and Ariel will perform as a duo. In the second set, Ariel’s bassist will join them, and they will also play new songs from Ariel Posen’s upcoming album, to be released in March. It will truly be a very exclusive evening!

When two world-class musicians with distinct yet complementary voices come together, something truly special happens. Ariel Posen, the Canadian slide guitar virtuoso and singer-songwriter known for his soulful tone and genre-bending style, joins forces with Ash Soan, the legendary UK drummer whose grooves have shaped hits across generations and genres.

Together, they form a dynamic duo blending cinematic textures, raw musicianship, and infectious rhythm. What began as a remote collaboration evolved into a powerful creative partnership—melding Ariel’s melodic sensibilities and songwriting chops with Ash’s iconic drum feel and rhythmic innovation. Their music blurs the lines between rock, soul, ambient, and modern instrumental music, offering something both deeply musical and emotionally resonant.

Whether it's an instrumental journey or a vocal-driven track, the Posen & Soan duo brings a fresh sound rooted in feel, tone, and chemistry. This project isn’t just a meeting of talent—it’s a groove-based conversation between two master storytellers.

10 exklusive Plätze im Regieraum A bei einem Tontechniker mit direkter Sicht ins Studio A. Erlebe das Konzert mit spannenden technischen Hintergrundinformationen. Im Vorfeld gibt es hierzu eine kurze technische Einführung. (Ticketpreis inkl. Vinyl im Wert von CHF 30.00)

Kat 3 - Individueller Mix im Aufnahmeraum Studio B / CHF 95.00
10 Plätze, die es ermöglichen, einen eigenen Live Mix des Konzertes zu machen. Es stehen 10 Mischpulte zur Verfügung und du kannst die einzelnen Spuren direkt und selber abmischen. Das Konzert wird visuell mittels Screen in den Aufnahmeraum B übertragen. Im Vorfeld gibt es hierzu eine kurze technische Einführung. (Ticketpreis inkl. Vinyl im Wert von CHF 30.00)

Kat 4 - Regie Studio B / CHF 85.00
10 exklusive Plätze in der Regie B bei einem Tontechniker, der den Live Recording Cut macht. Das Konzert wird visuell mittels Screen mitverfolgt. Auch hier gibt es im Vorfeld eine kurze technische Einführung. (Ticketpreis inkl. Vinyl im Wert von CHF 30.00)
