A beginners 4-Fold Geometry Workshop, inspired by traditional Islamic art.
In this hands-on beginners workshop, you will explore the soothing rhythm of symmetry and structure. Using a simple compass and ruler, you will learn how a single circle unlocks a perfect four-fold grid.
From this one base grid, we will explore 3 completely different patterns. You will pick your one favourite design to tessellate into a repeating grid, paint/colour and proudly bring home a finished mini artwork (20x20cm) in a frame!
- No math or art experience is required.
- No prior painting experience is required.
- This session is completely structured for absolute beginners.
✏️ Everything is Provided:
- paper, pencils, rulers, compasses etc...
- tea and snacks in a cozy environment.
