TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND
With Flex-Tickets, you pay a small surcharge and can cancel your ticket up to a deadline. The deadline is displayed when you buy a Flex-Ticket. The refund is processed automatically by Eventfrog.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you get the standard ticket price back. Flex surcharge and ticket insurance are non-refundable. The refund is either processed automatically, or manually by the organizer.
Other cases are not covered by the organizer. If you don't want to lose your money in case of sickness, transport issues etc – please consider purchasing the Eventfrog ticket insurance for you and your partner when you buy the tickets! It is included by default. Read the insurance policy and decide if you need it.
