Programme dates:
Wednesday, 5th August - Sunday, 9th August 2026

• Wednesday, 5th August: Start Retreat at 12 pm (midday) local time India
  Check-In from 10.00 am local time India
• Sunday, 9th August: End of the Retreat at 5 pm local time India
  C​heck-out at 10 am on Monday,10th August (night from 9th to 10th August is included in the program)

Registration deadline: 4th July 2026

Language:
Please note this is an international program, so all communication and sessions will be delivered in English.

Age: Participation is possible from the age of 16.
 

Extension of your stay at the Ashram:
Those that want to extend their stay post retreat after the program from 10th August, this is possible based on a daily charge. If you would like to extend please select this option in the booking form, we will share further details shortly.

Accommodation in the Ashram:

• Triple rooms (with bathroom) and Dormitories (12 bed rooms with shared bathroom)

The allocation is done by MaitriBodh Parivaar: women's rooms, men's rooms.
We endeavour to take your wishes regarding accommodation into account as far as possible.

Prices per person with ⁠Early Bird Discount, valid till 10th April:
All prices plus Eventfrog fees

• Bed in Dormitory (12 beds): Euro 900.- (plus Euro 31.88 Eventfrog fee)
• Bed in Tripel Room: Euro 1'200.- (plus Euro 42.23 Eventfrog fee)

Prices per person from 11th April onwards:
All prices plus Eventfrog fee

• Bed in Dormitory (12 beds): Euro 1000.- (plus Euro 31.88 Eventfrog fee)
• Bed in Tripel Room: Euro 1'300.- (plus Euro 42.23 Eventfrog fee)

Attention: The payment possibility "SOFORT-Überweisung" on the booking mask is only valid for bank accounts in Germany.

Retreat price includes:

• Specially designed 5-day program from 5th to 9th August 2026
• Group transport to and from Mumbai on 5th and 10th August 2026
• Ashram accommodation (based on your chosen category)
• Nourishing ayurvedic full-board meals
• Pre-retreat welcome/orientation session (online via Zoom)
• Post-retreat follow-up session (online via Zoom)
