Through a carefully structured program, you will begin your journey on Thursday evening with an introduction to Dhrupad and a guided Nada Yoga Nidra session to gently align body and mind. Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings start with Kharaj, a vocal meditation designed to awaken the voice and center your energy. Throughout the day, Amit will guide you in Dhrupad voice culture, mantra practices, and techniques to refine your singing, deepen your focus, and access a profound sense of inner stillness. Each session is tailored to support both beginners and experienced practitioners, offering space for individual guidance and personal growth.

The retreat also features a live Dhrupad concert on Saturday evening, where participants can experience the meditative depth of this sacred music in its full form.
