You are invited into this 4-hour journey, where Atma and Sabina weave their magic to open a space where you can 💎soften into your voice, your breath, your body 💎

A space where singing practices, breath and movement not only open your Voice but bring you back to your power and to your body.

Sabina guides you 

into the liberation of sound, exploring your emotional landscape.

Through embodied voice practices, deep listening, radical acceptance, and a good sense of humor - a good laughter is very healing ;-) - you reconnect to something bigger in you and remember that you are a highly intelligent and divine instrument.

She loves to weave the technical, the energetic, and the mystical aspects of the voice, guiding you back to your voice as a living force, a potent medicine.

Atma will guide you 

through her playful vocal activation to drop the seriousness and return to self-love.

Movement, breath, vocal exploration, improvisation, presence,
and the gentle releasing of fear and old patterns through the body
and into the natural joy that rises when the voice and the body are free.

To let go of the inner critic, to come back into trust,
and to gain confidence from within - not from the external world.

This workshop is for you if you feel:

– the wish to sing, speak, move, and create from an authentic place

– you have a strong message to share and you need support to melt blocking patterns

What We Will Explore Together

We weave voice, breath, movement, mantra, presence,
and the intelligence of sound as a living being.
 

You will be guided into:

• the liberation of sound

• the body-based opening of your voice

• deep listening to your own truth

• improvisation, movement, vocal play, intuitive sound

• journaling, reflection

• reconnecting your voice to your body, breath, and emotional landscape

You do not need singing experience.

the universal language of mantras, which elevates your consciousness, calms the nervous system, and opens you into joy, serenity, and a deeper connection to the divine part of your soul.

Reclaiming the voice that was buried under old stories, judgments, trauma, and ancestral memory.
