It’s time to reframe the narrative around disability and sport by focusing on the disabled population’s economic power and the indisputable business opportunity at the intersection of the disability and sport industries.

Whether through facility design and renovation, grassroots and youth sport development, inclusive tourism, fan engagement, or cutting-edge technology and product design, disability inclusion must be seen not as an afterthought, but as a driving force in shaping the future of sport. The business of disability and sport is the most overlooked asset in the sports economy today. In today’s world, inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s a strategic necessity for sport organisations looking to lead, grow, and remain relevant. Participants will gain insights into how sport organisations can lead with purpose by embracing disability inclusion as a core business strategy.
