There are some instruments like shakers or drums that the kidz can play.

Please know that this is ideal for toddlers age 0-3.

Kidz of age 4 and older might be bored, or distracted by the smaller kidz, or vice versa. But of course, if You feel Your Son/daughter will enjoy the singing circle, You're welcome to give it a try.
