A World of Possibilities: Play with Everyday Objects

You don’t need expensive toys or complicated crafts to connect with your child. All it takes is a little imagination, a playful mindset... and whatever objects happen to be lying around.

Welcome to our very first Frogs in Mugs parent-child play session! 🐸We believe that play is mental fuel no matter the age. So, we’ve designed a creative morning for you to step out of "manager mode" and simply join in the fun with your kids.

💛 What's waiting for you:

• Bonding time with your children to strengthen your connection
• A new lens about playfulness & the endless possibilities hidden in everyday objects
• Practical "froggy" ideas to take home (and make the everyday lighter)
• Mingling with like-minded parents who value attuned, playful parenting

☀️ How our morning will flow:

1. Warm-Up: We’ll start with a fun, imaginative icebreaker to bring everyone together and set a playful pace
2. Froggy Intro: We introduce our theme in two different ways. Kids gather for an interactive storytime with Alexandra (mom, creator, author, and kids’ magnet!), while parents get into the science behind play and “loose parts” with Rosalía (mom of three, playful historian, and researcher).
3. Time to Play: Together, we'll explore our Everyday Object stations. We'll create, laugh, and discover how simple objects can help co-regulate, navigate tricky moments, and unlock collaboration (later at home, too!). We'll end with an interactive "gallery walk" to celebrate everyone's ideas and wins. :)
4. Wrap-Up: One last fun imagination game to charge your batteries for the road. Everyone, big or small, can join. Or, use these last 15 minutes to have a snack, chat, and connect with other families.​​​​​​
