3-Day Handstand Yoga Workshop: From the Ground Up
Join us for a 3-day immersive yoga workshop dedicated to exploring the handstand step by step—from building a strong foundation to finding lightness and alignment upside down. This workshop is designed to help you develop strength, balance, awareness, and confidence, while deepening your understanding of the handstand as a full-body practice.
Day 1: Building the Base
We begin at the ground, where every strong handstand starts. This day will focus on wrist strength, mobility, and stability, as well as cultivating balance and awareness through the hands and arms. You’ll learn how to distribute weight efficiently, protect your wrists, and create a solid, responsive base that supports your practice safely and sustainably.
Day 2: Shoulders, Strength, and Opening
The second day moves upward to the shoulders and chest. We’ll explore shoulder strength and stability alongside balance drills that help you stay controlled and light upside down. Chest opening and upper-back mobility will be key themes, allowing you to find space, freedom, and ease while supporting the handstand with confidence.
