Join Elysium Breathwork Zürich for a 5-hour cacao & breathwork ceremony. Through breath, cacao, music and integration, create space to release what you have been carrying and meet the next season clear.

🌿 Ceremonies through the turning year, Zürich — to Reset, Reconnect & Begin Anew 🌿

• Have you been moving fast lately — doing, thinking, holding everything together — while your energy quietly runs thin?
• Do you sense you are standing at a threshold, ready to set something down and begin the next chapter with more clarity and calm?
• Or do you simply long for a deeper connection to your breath, your body, and a steadier rhythm within?

If this resonates, these ceremonies were created exactly for you.

Each one is held at a turning point of the year — an equinox, a solstice, a new or full moon — and offers a grounded space to slow down, breathe deeper and restore your inner direction before the next season begins.

In a small, intimate group of no more than 15 people, we move through a cacao ritual, conscious connected breathwork, live music for integration and a reflective closing — a flowing arc from tension into stillness, from reflection into clarity.

Held by Miro Komarek @komarek.miro, a certified Tetra Breathwork® facilitator working with breath since 2015, who has led breathwork workshops for groups of up to 250 people at festivals including Burning Mountain.

No prior experience needed — only openness and a willingness to arrive as you are.
