Meditate with Sound

Join me every Sunday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for an incredible Meditate with Sound experience at Yoga Spirit in Zurich. This weekly class is dedicated to mind-body alignment and deep relaxation through the art of meditation and sound healing.

Each 1.5-hour session includes a combination of guided meditation, Yoga Nidra or pranayama breathwork, and a soothing sound bath experience. Rejuvenate your spirit and find your inner calm as you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, 7 chakra Tibetan sound bowls, tingsha, rain sticks, chimes, and more.

The Experience:

🌿 Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra or Pranayama: Begin your journey with a calming guided meditation, Yoga Nidra or Pranayama Breathwork, to deeply relax and align your mind and body.

🎶 Sound Bath: Complete your experience by immersing yourself in the tranquil waves of sound healing.

What to Bring:

• An eye mask or something to block out the light, enhancing your inner journey
• Comfortable, loose clothing
• A bottle of water to stay hydrated after the session
