Gemeinsam der Natur begegnen

Nordic Walking ist ein ideales Ganzkörpertraining an der frischen Luft, das die Ausdauer verbessert, aber auch Beine, Arme, Schultern und Rumpf kräftigt. Jeder Treff beginnt mit Gymnastik-, Gleichgewichts-, Kräftigungs- und Koordinationsübungen. Danach geht’s in unterschiedlichen Leistungsgruppen mit Walkingstöcken in den Wald und über Wiesen.
