Im aigu bekommt jeder Monat seinen eigenen Akzent. Im Mai widmet sich das aigu ganz der Spargelsaison. Serviert wird weisser Spargel wahlweise mit Sauce Hollandaise oder brauner Butter, dazu köstliche Petersilienkartoffeln. Wer mag, ergänzt nach Lust und Appetit: mit Rohschinken, gekochtem Schinken oder einem 200 gr. Kalbssteak. Ein Frühlingsklassiker, klar im Geschmack und so unkompliziert wie gut.
 
Täglich im Mai, mittags und abends. Reservation empfohlen.
