Through voice, music, and connection, we explore the ocean of creativity, emotions, and the inner genius longing to be expressed ✨

A day with Atma and SEA (Sabina Elsa Astolfi) of playful and activating vocal and breath practices, Qi Gong and yoga-inspired movement, vocal improvisation, and mantra singing.
A space to free your body and your voice and to explore the transformative power of sound together.
