In this 1h30 Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing session, you will be gently guided into a state of deep rest.

The evening begins with a guided Yoga Nidra practice led by Max. As you settle into stillness, Océane will accompany the journey with immersive sound healing. The combination allows the body to fully relax while the mind drifts between wakefulness and sleep, supporting the nervous system in quieting mental activity and accessing profound relaxation.
