Vinyasa Fluid Movement

Embark on a journey of self-discovery with my dynamic and creative Vinyasa classes, where the rhythm of breath dances harmoniously with intuitive movements. My yoga classes are usually a blend of breathing, intuitive movements and meditation. I love to hear suggestions from my students if they want to work on something in particular, classes are designed for all levels, with different variations for different bodies.
