An interactive and experential workshop exploring the different reasons we fall in love with others and what they actually tell us about ourselves, our own identity and our self-love.
Drawing on theories from psychology and practices borrowed from circling and meditation. Remind yourself of how wonderful you are, identify your subconscious desires for growth and become aware of your conditioning around love and decide if you want to stay in those old patterns.
You'll emerge from this workshop full of insights, warm fuzzy feelings and tools to increase your self love.
Facilitated by Shane Norton
Shane would describe himself as just a guy who is passionate about creating healthy relationships and sharing what he has learned about doing so. Apart from being an experienced trainer and a relationship psychology geek, he's also an assistant teacher at The Tantric Couple, an organisers for ISTA and someone who spent over 15 years working in adult education organising and leading training courses.
Timing
Doors open at 19:00. Start 19:30. Come join us early for a gentle start.
