Dear Alumni, Dear Friends,

We invite you to an exclusive evening at the Courtyard by Marriott Biel/Bienne. We will be warmly welcomed by fellow alumna Ramona Deak (Sales & Marketing Manager), who will host an introductory presentation and an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the property. Following the tour, we will gather for drinks, finger food, and a seasonal dinner in the stylish setting of Restaurant BLUMA.

Program: Friday, November 13, 2026

• 18:00 Arrival & Welcome

• 18:15 – 18:45 Hotel Presentation & Behind-the-Scenes Tour with Ramona Deak

• 18:45 – 19:15 Networking Apéro & Finger Food

• 19:15 onwards 3-Course Festive Dinner at Restaurant BLUMA

To accommodate both busy schedules and those looking for a full evening out, we have created two attendance tiers:

Ticket Options:

1. Apéro & Tour Ticket – CHF 25.–

   • Includes: Property tour, 1 welcome drink (wine, beer, or non-alcoholic), and a 4-piece gourmet finger-food selection (Sweet & sour prawns, mini pastrami delight, vegetable crudités verrine, smoked salmon blinis).

2. Full Experience: Apéro, Tour & Dinner – CHF 89.–

   • Includes: All of the above, plus a curated 3-course festive dinner and table mineral water at Restaurant BLUMA. (Individual alcoholic drinks/beverages during dinner are settled separately on-site).

Special Overnight Rate

For alumni traveling from outside the region or wishing to make a weekend of it, the hotel offers a dedicated alumni rate:

• Standard Double Room (King bed): CHF 170.– per night, breakfast included (excl. CHF 4.– city tax).

Registration Deadline

To finalize arrangements with the kitchen, ticket sales close on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 23:59. Space is limited, so secure your spot early!
