Die Schweizer Forelle blau ist ein Meisterwerk der traditionellen Küche. Täglich frisch aus der Fischzucht in Bremgarten (AG) geliefert, wird der Fisch in aromatischem Essigwasser sanft pochiert, wodurch er seine charakteristische blaue Färbung erhält. Mit ihrem zarten Fleisch und dem feinen, natürlichen Geschmack bringt die Forelle die Reinheit der Schweizer Natur direkt auf den Teller. Ein Klassiker, der durch seine Einfachheit und Raffinesse überzeugt!
