L´Été au PALAIS du SOLEIL - Table & Presence

is an immersive gastronomic experience by Palais du Soleil and Nathalie, unfolding across the atelier and garden in four culinary acts and a final pour.

A bell marks each transition, revealing a new setting, flavour and atmosphere. Expect seasonal creations, carefully paired wine and cocktails, live violin, hidden installations and unexpected moments designed to be discovered as the evening unfolds.

This is not a traditional seated dinner, but a curated journey through flavour, ritual, performance and connection.
