It’s time to officially kick off the semester! Meet your fellow exchange students and the ESN Bern team at our Welcome Apéro by the beautiful Aare river. Get to know your new friends, enjoy drinks and snacks, and discover what we’ve planned for you this semester! The Apéro will take place at Eichholz Bern — the perfect spot to relax, chat, and start your exchange adventure together. Drinks and snacks will be provided by our ESN team; however, feel free to bring your own beverage or food of choice. The Apéro will be in the form of a picnic; it is advised to bring a blanket or a towel to sit on.

Please note that this event is free; however, we give you the option of purchasing the ESN card via ticket sale for this event. All you need to do is choose the "Apéro + ESN card" option under the ticket sale, and collect the physical card from our team at the Apéro upon showing us your ticket. If you don't want to buy the card but would like to just register for the event, choose the "Apéro" option.

Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. You agree to allow ESN Bern to publish, copyright, and use pictures of yourself in print and electronic formats such as social media channels, publications, videos, and websites. You understand that you will not receive payment or other compensation for that. If you do not wish your pictures to be taken or published by ESN Bern - it is your responsibility to opt out and consequently inform the responsible event organisers before the event starts. Participating to the ESN Bern events you agree to behave accordingly to the ESN Switzerland Code of Conduct.
Refund policy:
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden.
Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
