WHERE: Pickup will be organized at the main building of the University of Bern.

WHEN: Pickup between 3rd - 10th June. Please select a specific date on Eventfrog!

Important Info: If you do not show up at your selected date and time, your order will not be handed out and you will not receive a refund.
If you have an emergency and cannot make it or none of the dates work for you, please message @eline_souverein on Telegram in advance and we can try to find a solution together. 
 

Refund policy

Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any items sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the item for the same price or less to fellow students / ESN members (with the same size category and pick up date). Please note that selling items with a profit is forbidden.

Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
