Apéro and Semester Start Party

Dear Erasmi, It’s time to finally kick-off the semester. Meet your fellow exchange students and the ESN team at our Welcome Apéro before partying through the night with your new friends! The most convenient thing? The Welcome Apéro and Semester Start party are happening at the same location and you only need one ticket. Join us at 20:30 in Circle Club for a chill Apéro with snacks and drinks and find out what we have planned for you all semester long. At 22:45 we will dim the lights, the doors open to the public and the Welcome Apéro becomes the ultimate party. Profit also from the opportunity to pay for your ESNcard online and grab it together with your entry ticket to the Apéro (you'll get your physical ESNcard at the entrance of the Apéro).

WHEN: The Apéro will take place on the 19th of September from 20:30 – 22:45 and the party starts at 22:45

Tickets to Apéro include: 3 drinks (soft, beer, prosecco), snacks, Party

Tickets DO NOT include: Any other purchases during the Apéro and Party Please note: The Apéro ticket without ESNcard (10.-) is only valid if you enter before 22:00. If you plan to arrive later, please the buy the 10.- ticket or get your ESNcard beforehand to enjoy free entry until midnight. Only the Apéro Tickets are eligible for 3 free drinks (until 22:15).

Liability message:
Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. You agree to allow ESN Bern to publish, copyright, and use pictures of yourself in print and electronic formats such as social media channels, publications, videos, and websites. You understand that you will not receive payment or other compensation for that. If you do not wish your pictures to be taken or published by ESN Bern - it is your responsibility to opt out and consequently inform the responsible event organisers before the event starts. Participating to the ESN Bern events you agree to behave accordingly to the ESN Switzerland Code of Conduct.

Refund policy:
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions).
