Rama Ball — feminine embodiment & leadership and voice guide, and holder of temple spaces.

Her work is a devotion to guiding others from silence into sound, from survival into full-body aliveness, and from hiding into unapologetic self-expression.

She loves creating spaces where the body can soften, where breath becomes the bridge to truth, and the voice is freed from performance into pure expression.

Through breath, movement, and sound, she invites you to reclaim the parts of you that ache to be felt, freeing your truth as a living, breathing prayer.

Laurent Carlos — Explorer of the masculine and facilitator of transformative spaces.

What he loves most is holding a safe container where each person can dive within, lay down their armor, and explore their inner depths. 

One of the ways he shares this is through guiding Kirtan mantra chanting — a portal into something bigger than ourselves; a moment of grace where the heart opens, voices unite, and we dissolve into presence and joy.

🌹 Doors open at 18:40 - please arrive early to settle in. We begin promptly at 19:00.

🌹 Open to all genders, all voices. No prior experience needed.

🌹 Bring:

– Comfortable clothes for movement

– Water bottle to stay hydrated

– Any instrument you feel called to bring

– A small meaningful object for the altar (you'll take it home after)
