BREATHE & RESTORE – A Special Breathwork Experience
Sunday, 18 October 2026 | 17:00–19:00
On Sunday, October 18th, I invite you to join me for a very special edition of my signature breathwork session, Breathe & Restore.
This time, I won't be guiding you alone. I'm incredibly happy to welcome Cyril Favre, a former student of my breathwork training and a dear friend, who will be joining me to create and guide this experience together.
Together, we'll take you on a two-hour journey through breath, movement, and deeper connection with yourself.
We'll explore the fascinating world of breathwork, share insights into how your breath influences your body and nervous system, and guide you through gentle movement and different breathing techniques.
As we move deeper into the session, we'll transition into a more intense, immersive breathing experience, creating space to explore, release, and reconnect.
Whether you're new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice, this session is an invitation to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and give yourself the space to simply be.
Two guides. One shared passion. One powerful journey through the breath.
We can't wait to breathe with you.
With love,
Nina & Cyril 🤍
