A relaxing Friday evening to end the week and start the weekend relaxed. Let yourself be carried by the gentle sounds of the monochord, singing bowls and other instruments, let go and immerse yourself in a feeling of harmony, inner peace and harmony.
Sound brings our autonomic nervous system into harmony. It creates resonances in our body that are transmitted to the psyche, also known as “sympathetic resonance”. Sound has an immediate effect. Sounds bypass rational consciousness and penetrate into deeper layers of the body and psyche, where they can set processes in motion. The body calms down, the mind becomes calmer and can reach deeper levels of consciousness. On a physiological level, breathing slows down, the heartbeat becomes calmer and muscle tension is reduced. Sounds have a harmonizing, healing and cleansing effect deep into the cells. Imbalances in the body and mind can thus return to their natural state of harmony.
Good to know: During the sound bath, you lie on yoga mats and can cover yourself with cozy blankets. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own cushion or blanket to make yourself even more comfortable. Wear comfortable clothes.
