What this session includes:

Breathwork
The session includes guided conscious connected breathwork. This breathing technique can increase body awareness, stimulate circulation and open access to deeper emotional layers. Many people experience shifts in perception or states of expanded awareness that allow insights and emotional release.

Hypnosis & guided visualisation
During the breathwork, guided visualisations and hypnosis-inspired tools help you access the subconscious mind. This can support the processing of emotions, the emergence of new perspectives and the possibility to connect with intentions or visions for the future.

Sound journey
Sound and music accompany parts of the experience and support the process of letting go. The sound journey creates a space for the mind to soften and allows you to move deeper into your inner experience.

Movement & voice
Gentle movement and the use of your own voice help release physical tension from the body. Sounding or vocal expression can support emotional release and help energy move more freely.

Aromatherapy
Carefully selected essential oils accompany the session. Certain scents can influence the nervous system and emotional centers of the brain, helping the body relax and supporting emotional processing.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.
Avoid heavy meals and alcohol for a few hours before the session.

Bring a notebook and pen for journaling, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (for example warm socks).

Come with an open mind and allow yourself the space to slow down.
