In this 8-hour Buteyko Breathing Practitioner Course, you will gain a deep, understandable, and practical understanding of the Buteyko Method - a scientifically based breathing technique that is used successfully worldwide for respiratory diseases, stress and anxiety symptoms, and chronic fatigue.
The course combines sound theory with direct application, so that by the end you will not only know why breathing works, but above all how you can use it specifically in your everyday life.
What to expect in the cours
Part 1 – Theory & Understanding
In the first part, we dive into the physiological basics of breathing:
- Origin & background of the Buteyko Method
- The role of the respiratory organs and breathing mechanics
- CO₂ exchange in the lungs – why CO₂ is vital
- The connection between breathing, the nervous system, and emotions
- Why “breathing more” is often the problem – not the solution
- Breathing patterns in asthma, anxiety, panic, depression, and chronic fatigue
Complex relationships are explained in a clear, understandable, and practical way – without medical jargon.
