Unbound will make you feel liberated, grounded and alive.
We are creating a space where we shift from external validation to internal experience. When we let go of questioning what others may think of us, we can tap into a deeper connection with ourselves, accessing a deeper wisdom through our sensations, feelings, and intuition.
We start with gentle, intentional movements to let go of the day and build a first connection to our bodies, before moving into a 30-minute section of breathwork. As we feel our breath moving through the body, we regulate the nervous system and allow for stress release, helping us to ground and creating space to connect to our senses.

As we follow this curiosity, we may find ourselves moving through different emotional and mental states.

We end by slowing down and connecting with each other, creating space to integrate the experience and let all impressions settle.
You don’t need any prior experience — just a bit of curiosity for yourself.
