In this gathering, we’ll focus on the two foundational energy centers — the Root (Mūlādhāra) and Sacral (Svādhiṣṭhāna) chakras. You’ll learn their deeper symbolism, the elements they represent, and how they relate to both our physical and emotional experience.
Through a blend of gentle yoga, prāṇāyāma (breath awareness), meditation, and guided self-reflection, we’ll create space for grounding, flow, and embodied understanding.
