WOMEN’S DRUM CIRCLE

🥁 WOMEN & DRUMMING - An Evening of Connection, Rhythm & Deep Grounding

Do you have your own shamanic drum or frame drum that you rarely get to play? Or would you love to experience what it feels like to play your drum in a circle of women and let its rhythm carry you into a deep, meditative state?

With every beat, the connection deepens - to your drum, your body and yourself.

Don’t have your own drum? You are just as welcome! Let yourself be carried by the sounds, receive the vibrations, or join me in playing the great Mother Drum.

This evening is an invitation to reconnect: to leave the everyday behind, step out of your head and into your body, to feel, listen, drum and simply be. A space where you don’t have to achieve anything, just be yourself, held by the rhythm and the presence of other women.

We’ll close the evening with a deeply soothing Deep Drum Relaxation, allowing the sounds and vibrations to surround you while you simply rest and receive.

🥁 Starting time: 7:00 pm
🌙 Closing: around 9:00 pm, with a gentle wind-down and time to chat together

Feel free to arrive a little earlier and enjoy the delicious vegan buffet - a lovely way to settle in and nourish yourself.
