Deep Breathwork Journey - a monthly multisensory experience

This is a deep breathwork session, designed to help you reconnect more deeply with yourself. Each session works with your nervous system, gently guiding it out of stress and into a state of openness and ease. Multiple senses are engaged throughout — musical journey, live handpan, guided visualisation and aromatherapy — to support a fuller, more embodied experience.
This event is part of a monthly series running from August to December. 

Each session can be booked individually and stands entirely on its own. At the same time, every experience is built around its own dedicated theme, so if you choose to join more than one, no two experiences will be the same — each month adds a new layer to the journey.
