You may join alone in quiet presence.

Before entering the subtle realms, we root into the body.

Through simple, accessible somatic practices, you are guided to:

• regulate and settle your nervous system
• sense saftey and presence
• establish inner stability before moving into deeper states

2. Guided Meditation flowing into Gong & Sound Journey

From this grounded presence, a guided meditation opens the Eclipse field
and flows seamlessly into the gong and sound journey.

The vibrations of Stellaris, my self-forged meteorite gong,
work directly with the nervous system and subtle body.

During this journey you may experience:

• deep stillness and spacious awareness
• connection to the collective field
• emotional release or quiet integration
• inner imagery or symbolic insight
