This circle is dedicated to men - guided and held by Petra.
Through conscious breathwork and sharing, you are invited to release tension, drop the armor, and peel back the layers that life has placed on you.
Here, you don’t need to perform, explain, or prove anything.
You are welcome with your strength, your questions, your silence, and your vulnerability.
Breathwork opens the door to clarity, release, and presence. Together as men, we create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and find new energy for life.
No prior experience is needed – only openness and curiosity.
About Petra
Petra Peyer is a certified Breathwork Facilitator (400hr Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, and founder of Breath of My Life. With a background in sound healing, Reiki, and transformational guidance, she creates safe, grounded spaces where breath and presence invite profound inner shifts.
What to Bring
✔ Comfortable clothes
✔ Water bottle
🌿 Optional: yoga mat & blanket, journal
✨ Best to come with an empty (but comfortable) stomach
