ABOUT PLANTS, SOMATICS & SOUND
We gather once a month for 90 minutes to explore the playful practice of embodiment and emotional well-being in three parts:
i. Plants: Inspired by the wisdom of our plant teachers, each month we focus on a new plant and reflect on the lessons we can learn from its resilience.
ii. Somatics: We honour our truth through somatic movement, release old stories and narratives through collective storytelling, with guest teachers
iii. Sound: We let sound be our guide in finding our voice, once forgotten. We open our hearts through sound healing journeys. Vulnerability is not weakness. You are invited to be seen, to honour your body and your truth, and to remember what is alive within you.
In this practice, we say: “This is how I feel, and I own it.”
You don’t have to do it all at once, and certainly not alone.
