Everything is optional. You are never required to participate in anything that does not feel right for your body. This is a space of maturity, sensitivity, respect, and embodied exploration.
Practical Details
Please be punctual, doors open at 18h18 and we start at 18h30. Come hydrated, bring your own water bottle and snacks.
