The SoulSpire Breath

“Where breath becomes sound – and sound awakens soul.”

Join Petra Peyer for a powerful and soulful journey into your breath.

In this guided session, we combine conscious connected breathwork with carefully curated soundscapes, music, and vibrational tones designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep inner connection.

Let the breath open the space.
Let the sound carry you home.
Let your essence speak – without words.

This is a space to soften, awaken, and remember.
We land in the body, quiet the mind, and allow the practice to flow from the energy in the room.
A space where community grows.

What to Expect
Conscious Connected Breath to calm the nervous system and open the inner landscape
Free, intuitive movement to let the body release what words cannot express
Sound healing and music flowing through grounding, expansion, ignition, and gentle integration
Connection practices and meditation or rest to embody the experience

How It Flows
There’s no fixed structure.
Each session unfolds intuitively – blending breathwork, sound, movement, and stillness – guided by the energy of the group.

The Container
Gentle. Consent-based. Trauma-informed.
Beginner-friendly, yet deep enough for experienced
