Through conscious breathwork and free movement inspired by the 5 elements and ZeroOne practice, you’ll be guided to ground, flow, ignite, expand, and dissolve. Each rhythm invites you to release tension, shed masks, and return to your authentic essence.

Gentle soundscapes - bowls, handpan, chimes - support integration, allowing your journey to root and settle in stillness.

No prior experience is needed - only curiosity and willingness to explore.

About Petra

Petra Peyer is a certified breathwork facilitator (400hr Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, and founder of Breath of My Life. With a background in sound healing, Reiki, and transformational guidance, she creates spaces where breath, movement, and soul connection ignite profound inner shifts.

About Simone

Simone creates beautiful, nurturing spaces where participants can explore their bodies, awareness, emotions, and their relationship to them through conscious, connected breathing. In her sessions, she combines various breathing techniques with massage and therapeutic touch to support breathing patterns and emotional processes. She also integrates visualizations, Reiki, meditation, and Authentic Relating.

Simone regularly invites musicians and sound healers to enrich the breathwork experience with live music. She is a certified Breathwork Facilitator (Alchemy of Breath, Yin Breathwork) and Reiki Practitioner (Level 1 & 2). No prior experience is required.

What to Bring

✔️ Comfortable clothes for breath & movement

✔️ Water bottle

🌿 Optional: Eye mask, yoga mat & blanket, journal, or any personal items for your journey

✨ It’s best to come with an empty (but comfortable) stomach.

🚪 Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Conscious, connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or living with:

🔹 Heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment

🔹 High blood pressure, thyroid conditions

🔹 Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy

🔹 Uncontrolled diabetes, brain or abdominal aneurysms
