What to Bring
Comfortable clothing, your favourite eye mask, a journal, a water bottle and an open mind.
Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided.
Important — Please Read Before Booking
This type of Breathwork may not be suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions:
- Cardiovascular problems or abnormally high blood pressure
- Chronic respiratory conditions
- History of aneurysms, epilepsy or seizures
- Currently taking heavy medication
- Severe psychiatric symptoms including psychosis, paranoia or bipolar disorder
- Osteoporosis
- Recent surgery
- Glaucoma
- Pregnancy
Asthma: Please bring your inhaler and consult your physician before participating.
Panic attacks: Please consult your physician before participating.
Emotional or spiritual crisis / acute trauma / untreated mental illness: Please reach out before booking so we can support you

Neurodivergence (PTSD, ADHD, ASD, sensory sensitivities): We recommend listening to a free example on the website first to make sure the high frequency sounds feel comfortable for you.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session. After that, 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
