Envision Feelings on Canvas is a guided, embodied workshop that invites participants to reconnect with a personal sense of safety and calm through meditation, gentle movement, and intuitive painting.
The experience begins by slowing down. Through soft breathing techniques, guided meditation, and intuitive movement, participants are gently supported in settling both body and mind into a meditative state. From here, they are invited to imagine and explore an inner space where they feel grounded, safe, and at ease. This process encourages deep listening to the body and emotions, allowing thoughts, sensations, and feelings to naturally arise without judgment.
From this calm, reflective state, participants translate their inner experience onto canvas. With the guidance of an instructor, they are introduced to simple painting techniques and fundamental concepts of color, shape, and composition. The focus is not on technical perfection, but on expression and intention, learning how visual elements can communicate emotion, mood, and atmosphere.
