You’re invited to spend one day listening, expressing, and healing the part of you that so often goes unheard — your voice.
Inner Voice Challenge is a one-day wellness retreat focused on the healing of your throat, your personal truth, and your inner balance.
Through breathwork exercises, sound, mindful movement, and silent self-inquiry, we will explore the space between your body and mind — the space where your authentic voice lives.
This is not a spiritual retreat in the traditional sense. It’s not about chanting endlessly or transcending the world. It’s about landing deeply inside yourself, reclaiming your voice as an ally — and using it to listen, to speak, and to be heard.
We’ll gently integrate elements of mantra, meditation, and breathwork exercises and movement in the context of nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and wellbeing.
This retreat is for you if:
- You often feel like you can’t say what you really mean
- You consider to change something in your life, but not sure
- You speak too much… or not enough
- You’ve lost touch with your own truth in the noise of life
Why the throat?
Because the throat is the bridge.
It connects your body and your mind, your instinct and your expression, your felt experience and your ability to share it.

Why the throat?
Because the throat is the bridge.
It connects your body and your mind, your instinct and your expression, your felt experience and your ability to share it.
A blocked or tense throat often signals a blocked ability to self-regulate, self-express, or self-trust.
Through this retreat, we begin to unblock the channel.

If you have any existing issues related to breathing, the throat, thyroid, or the nervous system, please feel free to let us know on the day of the event.

This retreat is held by Victoria Marchenkova, a multidisciplinary practitioner and co-creator of Beyond Space, a Zurich-based self-development center that operated as a permanent space for over two years. She will guide the day’s structure and practices, drawing on her unique approach to embodied self-exploration.
Victoria draws from a wide spectrum of practices she has personally explored and integrated over time. Every element in Inner Voice Challenge has been chosen because it works. Depth and transformation can — and should — coexist with structure, groundedness, and personal integrity.
The retreat will be supported by Dimi Kalyn, a long-term practitioner and co-founder of Beyond Space, who will assist with supporting participants throughout the retreat.
