Join the Nature Rest Club in Zug - a group built on values for community, connecting with like-minded people to restore in nature.
Nature Reset is a 2.5-3 hour outdoor experience guided by a certified nature and forest therapy guide. You will be offered invitations of activiteis to do with nature with all your senses. You share your experience, meet new people and restore. It is not exercise or a walk - but a fun way to be with nature that surprises people how relaxed they are by the end.
Bring water, dress in layers (it is often cool when siiting in the shadow of the trees), held rain or shine. I'll offer something to sit on. We will not walk far, but sit, stand and explore the forest.
Free for first-time guests: donations welcome.
Returning guests: 50 CHF per event.
